Andrea Anders
Anders was raised in DeForest in Wisconsin and is now based on the west coast of Los Angeles. Her graduation was in 1993 at DeForest Area Highschool in DeForest Wisconsin. In 1997, she graduated with a bachelor of Arts at The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, she earned a master's degree in fine arts at Rutgers University. From 2006 until 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directed her in the films "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". Anders started her stage career in the year 2001. In the Broadway show Proof, she was Mary Louise Parker's understudy. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her first appearance at The Arena Stage. New Doors occurred in the Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also created through New York Stage & Film. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 in the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. One of Anders her first TV appearances was in a commercial for Dannon which ran through the early 1990s before returning after 2006. Anders was best known for her appearances on the television series Joey and The Class, where she was Nicole Allen Campbell (the ex-wife of a player) (and as the lawyer Alex Garrett). The two series ended up being cancelled even though she appeared in each episode. Anders appeared as guest star in One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. as well as Tru Calling. In 2003, she starred as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather as well as Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders made an appearance on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders has appeared in two pilots for television that did not succeed. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders' most recent role was Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with only one camera and written by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
